Strainers Series 47

Description

Castel presents a preview of its new 47 Strainers series for transcritical CO₂ systems with a maximum operating pressure of up to 140bar and oil line. The inspectional strainers can be installed at all branches of a refrigeration plant where it is necessary to avoid the accumulation of dirt and sludge inside a highly delicate component (for example the backpressure valve and modulating ejector).

• Series 4727E with PS = 120 bar, reinforced copper connections (K65) equipped for transcritical systems high pressure side
• Connections from 3/8” to 2.1/8”

• Series 4728E with PS = 140 bar, stainless steel connections equipped for transcritical systems high pressure side
• Connections from 10mm to 42,2mm

• Mesh-opening 0,1 mm and 0,2 mm
• Refrigerant R744 (CO₂) and Oil
• Minimum/ maximum temperature -40°C/ 140°C
• Certificates 97/23/CE
