German refrigeration and air conditioning conference

German refrigeration and air conditioning conference organised by the German refrigeration association (DKV) will be held on 21-23 November 2012 in Würzburg, Germany.

Topics are divided in 5 areas:

• cryotechnic systems
• principles and materials for refrigeration and heat pump technology (subtopics include adsorption and absorption processes, solar cooling)
• systems and components for refrigeration and heat pump technology (subtopics include Life cycle cost of components and systems, Innovative system concepts to reduce the required energy input and to improve product quality)
• use of refrigeration (in food processing, supermarkets, industry, households) and mobile air-conditioning, incl. Thermal management for EVs
• HVAC and heat pump applications (regulations, simulations methods and software tools...)
