Sanha Expands Range of High-Pressure CO2 Fittings

Demand for larger fittings such as new 2-5/8in model is growing.

German manufacturer Sanha has added 2-5/8in fittings to its RefHP series 29000 range of high-pressure, copper-iron fittings for CO₂ commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.

"In air conditioning and refrigeration technology, especially in commercial or industrial cooling systems, environmentally friendly solutions are becoming more and more important," the company said in a statement published on June 2 on its website.

Demand for fittings in larger dimensions such as 2-1/8in is growing, the company said. "This also applies to the dimension 2-5/8in, which is used in industrial plants and large refrigeration circuits.” The application range extends up to 130bar and temperatures from -196°C to 150°C (-321°F-302°F).
