Japanese company Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Thermal Systems Ltd., part of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd., has reached an agreement for a joint venture with the Turkish company Form VRF Systems, a member of the Form group of companies.
The two companies will establish manufacturing, sales and service facilities in Istanbul, Turkey. They will establish sales offices in Turkish cities Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Antalya and Adana. The goal of the partnership is to provide sales and servicing for air conditioning and refrigeration systems in Turkey.
The joint venture will harness the technical sales strengths and broad customer network from the Form group and MHI’s technical capabilities.
MHI offers environmentally friendly products with CO2 on the Turkish market, which has similar HFC regulation to the European Union. With this collaboration, the company is seeking to become more competitive in local markets.
The partners will offer split-type residential air conditioners (RAC) and packaged air conditioners (PAC) and VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) multi-air conditioning systems in Turkey.
