Emerson has developed a series of scroll compressors optimized for CO2 low temperature subcritical applications, such as in cascade and booster systems.

Basic specifications:

  • 6 fixed capacity models: ZO21, ZO34, ZO45, ZO58, ZO88, ZO104
  • 2 Digital models: ZOD34, ZOD104
  • Design type: hermetic
  • Nominal horsepower: 1.5 – 6.0 hp
  • Displacement: 2.6 – 11.7 m3/h
  • Cooling capacity: 4.8 to 22.1 kW
  • Net Weight: 22 – 41 kg

Reference conditions: Evaporating -35°C, Condensing -5°C, Suction superheat 10 K, Subcooling 0 K
