The new sniffer probe compact, light and slim:
Two LED lights in the sniffer tip simplify leak detection at poorly lit inspection locations, facilitate precise leak location and notify the user by flashing when the allowable leakage rate is exceeded
A colour LED status light continually alerts the operator about the operational readiness, measuring operation, exceeding your allowable leakage rate, as well as error warnings
Touchscreen display:
New INFICON human-machine interface has an intuitive menu navigation and makes using the leak detector especially easy
A leakage rate trend graphs any leaks on the easy-to-read front panel making leak detection even more efficient
Interfaces and networks:
Integrating the HLD6000 into local networks is simple
Offers variety of analog and digital interfaces via the optional I/O module
Optional fieldbus module also available
Besides transmitting measurment data from the iternal memory, the USB interface also allows the user to store the measurment data directly to a connected USB flash drive
USB interface is also used for easy software updates
Detection system:
Long-life infrared sensor offers greater sensitivity and an extremely short response time
Specifically developed for the detection of refrigerants, which helps eliminate false alarms due to water, solvents, or other contaminents
Dual inlet system:
Proven dual inlet system continually compares the background concentration and the measurement of gas flow, thus reducing false alarms to a minumum
Optimised sniffer probe:
The HLD6000 can be equipped with sniffer probes individually optimised to the gasses to be detected
In addition to sniffer probes for CO2 and R600a/ R290, a universal Smart sniffer probe for halogen-based refrigerants is available
Low operating costs for service and maintenance:
Wear-free sensor which maximizes user uptime
Redesigned COOL-Check holder allows you to replace the built-in test leak quickly, pecisely and is easily changed by hand
Advantages
Especially slim and ergonomically designed sniffer probe with status and LED lights
Intuitive touchscreen with leakage rate graph
USB interface for storing measurement data for software updates
HLD6000 components (probes, base units, consumables and accessories) are compatible/ interchangeable with its predecessor HLD5000
Optional I/O module and optional fieldbus module facilitate into local networks
