OCS COLD

Established in 1972  as producer of pressure vessels for REFRIGERATION and AIR CONDITIONING systems, through the years OCS COLD grows a solid know-how that lead to the construction of pressure vessels operating up to 140bar working pressure.  The various families of products are studied for both group I  (as R717 and R290) and  group II (especially  R744). Very fond of the environmental protection , the company  became highly trained in the production of pressure vessels for R744 applications for both transcritical and sucritical cycle  that include  

• LIQUID RECEIVERS,
• LIQUID SEPARATORS, 
• OIL   SEPARATORS, 
• SUCTION  AND DISCHARGE MANIFOLDS, 
• OIL RECEIVERS. 

The experience gained and partnerships with the major manufacturers of this type of system has allowed the company to offer the market highly performing and reliable components. OCS COLD  technical department follows the project at every stage, supporting the costumer up to the finished product. It is possible to customize standard line products as well as develop new ones in collaboration with the customer. On request, OCS COLD manufactures pressure tanks for pumped R744 systems with a maximum volume of 5000lt and a maximum operating pressure of 60bar. These products can be configured with accessories such as: BOOTS, OIL TRAPS, DEMISTER FILTERS, FLOW BREAKERS AND HEAT EXCHANGERS.
