New! Castel presents its new 3-Way Motorized Ball Valve and 3-Way Hand Valves series 66 for subcritical and transcritical CO₂ systems, with a maximum operating pressure 80 to 140 bar. Connections are made of AISI 304 steel, of 22mm to 42,2mm, permitting butt welding. The brass body of the valve is appropriately scaled. Use of a brass cap permits access to and protection of the maneuvering rod and guarantees an excellent hermetic seal. Its overall dimensions remain compact.

Other important new product for Castel are the NEW Safety Valves series 3030E Ps 165bar, set pressure range 60 to 150bar, NPT connections 3/8”,1/2” and ¾” for subcritical and transcritical CO₂ systems.

Last but not least, Castel Solenoid Valves series 10-EL, normally close, Ps = 60 bar, connections ¼” to 1.1/8” and the NEW Solenoid Valves series 14-E for transcritical CO₂ systems with a maximum operating pressure of up to 140bar.

Castel has renewed its entire range of ball valves 6598E Ball Valve series for transcritical CO₂ systems, with a maximum operating pressure of up to 140 bar. Connections are made of AISI 304 steel, of 6mm to 60,3mm, permitting butt welding. The brass body of the valve is appropriately scaled. Use of a brass cap permits access to and protection of the maneuvering rod and guarantees an excellent hermetic seal. Its overall dimensions remain compact. Available also Ball Valves series 65-EL Ps = 60bar, Ball Valves series 65-E Ps = 80bar and Ball valves series 65..7E connections K65 Ps=120bar. 

Check valves and liquid/moisture indicators for subcritical and transcritical systems with operating pressures of up 60 to 140 bar. Castel also offers its series DF-E hermetic filters Ps=80bar, series 41 hermetic filters with moisture indicators, with a maximum operating pressure of 52 bar, and series 44 filters with exchangeable solid cores, with ODS steel connections from 16mm to 54mm and a maximum operating pressure of 62 bar. PWM series 2028E expansion valves complete the range of CO₂ products.
