Conex Bänninger to be premium exhibitor at AHR Expo

Conex Bänninger, part of the IBP Group, will be one of seven premium exhibitors among over 1,400 exhibiting companies at the International Air-Conditioning, Heating, Refrigeration (AHR) Expo, to be held January 22-24 in Chicago.

The global, UK-based company, a manufacturer of fittings, valves and accessories, makes K65 fittings that can be brazed to K65 tubes by Wieland. K65 material consists of sturdy copper alloy fittings made of CuFe₂P – and can be used in high-pressure applications such as CO₂ commercial refrigeration.

Because of the mechanical strength of the K65 material, the K65 product series for 120 bar can be made with comparatively thin walls and can exhibit strength even after brazing at high temperatures.
