Advansor, one of the leading manufacturers of transcritical CO2 booster refrigeration systems, has recently acquired the ISO 9001 certification covering their whole product range. Delivered by Inspecta Denmark A/S for a period of two years, this certification guarantees that the company meets the highest quality standards for its customers.

While focusing continuously on improving transcritical technologies, the certification proves that Advansor at the same time puts great emphasis on internal processes to enhance the quality of products delivered every day.

“The ISO Certification is all about optimising internal processes ensuring leaner production and enhanced quality - giving customers better and cheaper products,“ says Kim Christensen, Director of Engineering at Advansor.

“The process has been on-going for the past 9 months and we are pleased to present a quality system that ensures even better products for our customers, ” he adds.

All products and internal processes certified

As Advansor has used SolidWorks, a 3D mechanical computer-aid design programme, to design all racks since the company was founded in 2006, all the products are well documented and the delivered refrigeration racks are fully traceable. “This approach is important and has made the certification process much easier,” emphasises Kim Christensen.

All the internal processes from purchase, sales, projecting, development, and production to service and after-sales are now certified. Moreover, Advansor’s certification covers all products developed and produced at the factory in Aarhus, Denmark.
